Bontanica Ditton Park (formerly International Headquarters for Computer Associates Computer Software Company), located in Windsor, Berkshire comprising 25,000m² of offices containing full design development and administrative facilities. The complex includes offices with:

• Research and development department

• Main frame computer system connecting international Computer Associates offices

• Presentation suite

• Pre school for staff children

• Full eight menu restaurant and kitchen

• Health spa facilities

This new Headquarters building is located on a 150 acre historic site dating back to the Doomsday Book. After numerous historic landscape schemes the site was finally laid out by Capability Brown. The Computer Associates building adds a cutting edge design to the greenbelt within the former Lord Montague Estate. The site is visible from Windsor Castle and the new building aligns axis between the castle moat and gardens and the former Lord Montague’s residence. Part of this major redevelopment included environmental enabling works, full reinstatement of landscaping and park land.

Botanica Ditton Park features in numerous product publicity shoots including Mercedes amongst many other high end brands. The building also featured in the Netflix show Black Mirror (2023).
