The Berkeley, part of the Maybourne Group is the premier hotel in Knightsbridge, Belgravia. Blair Associates Architecture Ltd have worked with Richard Rogers as Planning Consultants to the numerous extensions and alterations of the project. Blair Associates Architecture Ltd are currently working on a new vertical extension behind the Richard Rogers new building on Knightsbridge named the Emory. The scheme involves the removal of the mansard roof and a three storey extension to provide an additional 32 keys and suites. The scheme involves a new rooftop swimming pool and a beautiful cherry orchard roof garden. The scheme is at the initial stages but will extend the high quality standards of the Berkeley into the future.
