Although not located in Westminster, Blair Associates Architecture Ltd headed up a full refurbishment/facade retention project. The Client, Cadogan Estate, felt that the existing Hotel had reached the end of its commercial life, having numerous restrictions such as narrow corridors and split-level rooms, as well as the fact that the Hotel was made up of five mansion town houses. Blair Associates Architecture Ltd undertook the master planning of the project creating a new wide central corridor and a new roofscape to the iconic historic facades. The project included 52 keys and suites, new restaurants, tearoom, function spaces and has recently won a number of awards. Blair Associates Architecture Ltd worked successfully alongside Russel Sage and GA design, in coordinating the architecture, interior design and structure MEP.
