During 2008 the Owner’s of 27-35 Poultry Grade I listed building (former Midland’s Bank Headquarters) commissioned Blair Associates Architecture Ltd to develop 6* Hotel facility. Despite many preceding schemes Blair Associates Architecture Ltd developed a unique scheme for the Client including nightclubs and ballrooms in the existing basements in addition to a spa and fitness facilities on the ground floor main reception brasserie, retail on first floor to fifth floor exclusive 6* suites and bedrooms, seventh and eighth floor private dining entertainment facilities back to the extensive roof terraces and penthouse accommodation to facilitate Heads of State and International Nobility.
