5,000m² Headquarters for ITC in Westminster

Refurbishment of a Victorian Warehouse. The design focus was to breathe new life into a tired 1960’s office conversion. As part of the design concept was:

• The introduction of a new vertical circulation spine.

• A new fenestration grid unifying external elevation with internal office planning system.

• Rationalisation of office floors including computer data floor and ceiling components.

• Integrating lighting scheme including direct, indirect and task lighting systems.

• The full redesign of the interiors included newly formed reception space, frameless glass entrance screen, revolving doors, fibre optic lighting which was an integral feature of the main reception desk.
